Stress is a major underlying cause of many health conditions. By identifying how your body is responding to the stressors that surround you, we can assist your body in managing its response. The adrenal glands make a hormone called cortisol, which  is the main culprit when it comes to stress.

Symptoms of adrenal fatigue may include:
