Fertility Formula
The Fertility Formula is based on over a decade of clinical experience working with women to improve their fertility. In the Fertility Formula, we will provide the education you crave about how to balance your hormones and get pregnant naturally. The program is self-study and facilitated via our membership site, private Facebook group and group coaching calls.

Immune Support
Using your health history, current supplement and medication lists, and nutrition habits, we will design a custom support plan to help your immune system response.
Our Immunity Visit consists of the following –
- A 30 minute virtual visit with Dr. Simms
- Supplement recommendations specifically to support your immune system
- Custom nutritional guidance and handouts
